The Yoga Protocol Instructor level is suitable for beginners, regular yoga practitioners and aspiring yoga instructors who want to teach basic yoga practices and the Common Yoga Protocol.
A certified Yoga Protocol Instructor is generally expected to teach basic yoga practices for health promotion and prevention of disease. This level is useful for those who want to conduct yoga sessions in parks, societies, RWAs, community groups, wellness programs and general yoga classes.
Suggested Eligibility
As per YCB syllabus, for open candidates there is no formal eligibility criterion. However, it is suggested that the candidate should have passed 10th standard/secondary school certificate or equivalent. Yoga institutions may define their own admission criteria.
