Yoga at Home is a live online program by Chaitanya Yoga Foundation that brings the same authentic, structured yoga experience you would find in our Faridabad centre directly to your home. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, our sessions are designed to meet you where you are and guide you forward at your own pace.

Our classes are conducted live by experienced instructors trained in the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga.
